How does it work?
A neighbourhood-wide yard sale where everyone hosts a yard sale on the same day. Everyone selling independently on their front lawns. Inspired by the Great Glebe Garage Sale in Ottawa.
When and where is the sale?
It was held on Saturday May 30th, 2026 from 8:30AM to 2:30PM across the Junction neighbourhood. The date for 2027 will be announced in January. We had mroe than 200 registered yard sales. Everyone is welcome to participate. If you are attending the sale from elsewhere in Toronto, the closest subway station would be High Park or Runnymede.
What if it rains?
Check the Facebook event for updates closer to the date.
How do I register my house?
Click the "Register Your House" button above and fill out the form. Your address will appear on the map automatically. Neither your name or your email will be public. If you do not want to register, that is totally OK, you can still participate.
Is there a fee to participate?
Nope, it's completely free to register and participate. Just set up on your lawn or driveway and you're good to go.
What can I sell?
Anything goes: clothing, furniture, toys, books, kitchenware, electronics, plants, your own crafts or art, even homemade baked goods.
Do I need to be home all day?
You can participate for as long or as little as you like.
How will people know about the event?
Volunteers are promoting the event on social media, garage sale listings and with signs around the neighborhood.
